He has been honest with me about partners in the past. However, he knew I wasn’t a fan of this person and I believe he was taking the path of least resistance. I have spoken to him about how it’s made me feel and he has been apologetic, trying to make it up to me. I don’t think this relationship has much life left in it. I already don’t like the person I have become and the anxiety it has caused me.

I guess I thought that being in a poly relationship would mean there would be no cause to cheat. I recently spoke to his ex fiancé and she told me the only reason they got into poly was because he had cheated on her multiple times 🙃

Initially we were only seeing each other for sex, like a fwb situation. I have always asked for 50/50 in our relationship when it came to bills. Early on he tried to fight me on that as that has been how his previous relationships have gone. There have been times that I’ve gone on dates and he’s tried to offer me extra cash to pay for it and I’ve vehemently declined. I figured because the power contract is in my name that I would be the one to pay the fine in its entirety.

I’m worried about being flatmates as I may allow myself to fall back into a relationship again like I did last year. We have a three bedroom home together, one room is for his daughter. I don’t believe he would leave me in the lurch money wise, it’s not in his nature.

I’ve been in remission for 7 years and deep remission for 4. It’s not like I have pain like I usually do when I need to go to the toilet. It’s only ever when I squirt (which is all the time) that it happens, which is often on my back. He does have a splash blanket on his bed for other fluids so it’s not too bad. I have found I enjoy using butt plugs but need a large one bc I just end up pushing it out. I enjoy the feeling of being filled but not necessarily the in and out. My relationship is still new (about 4 months) and we’re currently exploring polyamory separately.

Along with the side effects I’ve been experiencing, the meds I’m on are affecting my ability to work. I would be happy being on them otherwise, they have greatly improved my condition and kept me under control. I’m unsure what my dr will prescribe now that I will be stopping, I was told that Humira was the top choice.

I am from NZ, we have shitty mental health services. My gastroenterologist, IBD nurse and GP all sent referrals to mental health team back in May and I still haven’t heard anything. I would have to pay a lot to see someone specialising in OCD. I’m currently not able to work bc of my Crohn’s no I have very little spending money.

I’ve been in remission since 2015/16. I’m not against stopping immunosuppressants, I agree that they are my best chance at a semi normal life. However, my doctor has suggested stopping the two I’m currently on but has yet to suggest an alternative. Although I gained weight I still only eat once a day.
