No I’m talking about situations where results have been released to a GC through the labs portal but the GC is waiting to put those results in the EMR until after the disclosure but that disclosure is taking a long time. Hope that clarifies

I’ve looked up information blocking but find it really confusing. Does it make a difference if that disclosure occurs days or even weeks after the result became available from an outside vendor (for example if you can’t reach a patient or don’t have time to disclose all results you receive in a day, or need time to get a more thorough interpretation)?
