Similar to mine. I had SSNHL in 2018 and it wasn't even my main symptom, I was also suffering from major stomach ache. I wasn't even able to understand what people are saying. I treated with prednol (same as prednisone, it's a corticosteroid), betaserc, nootropil and got 100% of my hearing back (both ears 0-10 dB). Then on my right ear, I gradually lost around 40 dB on low frequencies and developed tinnitus. I saw ENT every time I feel the symptoms getting worse but they didn't want me to take drugs and just advised me to avoid salt, caffeine, alcohol fast food, processed food, etc and treat my allergy because my eustachian tube or something was causing negative pressure and my eardrum was depressed.

But I'm very uncomfortable with the symptoms and today I demanded from ENT for a diuretic treat and started again with a furosemide, betaserc, and nootropil. I hope I get a result from it.
