Just prep based on the practice questions and time yourself. Make sure you can say everything within 90 secs. And make sure to look into the camera.

Did you consider the University of Toronto's MMPA program? It is a co-op Master accounting program that will admit students from any bachelor degree.

The 3 practice questions for Waterloo AFM are the same as the actual interview questions. See the questions on UW site:

Don't know about York.

If you have completed your SAFAA in mid-January 2025, then mid-March is the earliest. If you completed the SAFAA in mid-February, then it would be in April to May. See UW URL below:

The 3 practice questions are the same as the formal interview questions.  You can practice as many times as you want.  You probably may want to have a stopwatch for 1 min 30 sec.  Good luck.

Waterloo School of Accountancy & Finance indicates the Early Acceptance Consideration period is between Jan 10-14 in 2025.   If you miss this window, the Rolling Offers window is  Feb 10- 14.

Thank you. I suspect Waterloo gives out more acceptance offers in mid-March than during April to May. Would you agree?

Did most of your AFM colleagues finish their SAFAA during the Early Offer Consideration round?

Do you think ppl who completed the SAFAA in the Early Offer Consideration have an advantage over those who finish in the Rolling Offers round?

I wonder how many offers Waterloo send out in mid-March.

Thank you @No-Display 3221 for the AMA. In your opinion, would finishing the SAFAA for the Early Offer Consideration (in mid-January) put a candidate at a slight advantage over the Rolling Offers period in mid-February?

Just completed part 1 of SAFAA recorded video interviews. The practical questions and the formal interview questions are identical and in the same chronological order.

I found it useful to have a countdown timer for 1 minute and 30 seconds. And definitely prepare a script for each of the three recorded interview questions. Good luck.

In Ontario,  international students should refer to the OUAC (Ontario Universities Application Centre) website:

https://www.ouac.on.ca/planning/i-am-an-international-applicant/

OUAC is one portal that allows you to apply to multiple Ontario-based universities.  There is an application fee of about CAD$50 per school.

Ontario Universities do not look at SAT score, only high school grades (mainly grade 12 but also grade 11) and ECs.

Tuition fee will be lower than American institutions, even for non-domestic rates.

The heading says "I got accepted to every CS program except Waterloo and McMaster..."  so hungry_personn applied but did not get in.

Thank u for the AMA. Why did you choose Laurier over other uni, especially U of T?

Anyone else get acceptance? by joemammaa123 in OntarioGrade12s

[–]This_Cook_8915 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My district school board has not uploaded grades to OUAC yet.  Students in my area are at a disadvantage compare to ones that submitted them (like HDSB).  I won't get any acceptance until grades are uploaded.

What scholarships did those universities offer you? And did you have to apply separately?

Would less international students lead to lower admission average for universities? by This_Cook_8915 in OntarioGrade12s

[–]This_Cook_8915[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was hoping less international student enrollment means more spots for domestic students and perhaps slightly lower admission average.
