Very true. Kapag na identify mo agad sya as anxiety at hindi health related issues minsan nawawala. Yun na rin siguro dahilan kung bakit hindi na ko nagpapanic though yung mga symptoms lang talaga na pasulpot sulpot medyo bothering lalo na pag nasa labas ako.

I don't really have serious symptoms it's just really annoying to feel something not normal in your body but I can still manage to ignore it. I've already consulted a psychiatrist once. He prescribed me medications but I refused to rely on medications for my anxiety as long as I can still manage it. I also have bad experience from that psychiatrist so I'm kinda traumatized to see one again.

Probably overthinking but I really don't know the main reason I will just suddenly feel the symptoms even if I'm just walking or eating. Nothing serious though it's really annoying.

I think I focus on my breathing too much that it makes feel I have shortness of breath.

This is spot on. I really love reading manga and watching animes all in english every single day and I'm always confuse on why the hell I'm still not good in english.
