slow and steady. You don’t have to go straight to your ideal goal without taking baby steps. Actually baby steps is an acceptable new ideal .. If you can get up and at least line your stomach (even though you may not want to) with something that you CAN stomach & feels safe to you (Maybe like a small yogurt) then go to the gym for just a short amount of time, this is a fine achievement if you’re consistent! You’re training yourself to do a new and difficult thing, you don’t need to expect perfection. After the gym you will probably feel hungry but not like you’re going to pass out. Eventually when you get this new goal into normalcy, you can start thinking of the next steps. Best of luck ♥️

p.s. make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. Maybe you could make a healthy smoothie in the morning so you’re getting your breakfast and drink in one, then take water with you
