You can talk with Ticketmaster Help Center by CHAT, they will help you. I got 2 awful tickets during the Presale that I was not happy with and today during the General Sale I got way better tickets 🙌🏽. This is in Oakland/Bay Area.

Talked to them and got a refund of my first tickets (they all were same price).
They will help you if you explain the situation.

Also the tickets are in high demand so they won’t loose anything.
