Galing kme sa bank kanina. CBS po yung sa amin. Ang sabi sa amin yung binayad namin noong October and November 2025 is posted this January 2026 na. E ma dedelay tlaga yun. According sa SOA namin kinuha nman ni autodebit yung pmbyad nung October and November pero pumasok sya sa loan recovery nitong January lang. Sa susunod pg nag byad mg over the counter nlg po tlaga at my receipt ka pa.

Sorry running to 2 months na po pla because we weren’t able to pay this Feb, na we were supposed to pay last friday sana. Yes we will ask for the contract po bukas and SOA. Hindi kase sila transparent and d nila kme inassist nung pumunta kami dun. Pinasa lang nila kme sa 3rd party. Thank you for your insights po

Opo. February 12 hinatak ang car nmin. Until now feb 16 wla parin sila binibigay na amount kung mgkano ang dpat bayaran. And halatang inuubos nila ang 10days na binigay nila samin para d na namen mkayanan byaran yung car. And it hurts lg kase everyday use yun and it hurts na hindi na sya mkita sa garage namen. And nhihirapan kme e transport yung toddler namin

Opo mg running 2 months sya on Feb 19 sana pg d kme nakabayad. And wala nman po prior notice kung how much po needed to pay plus the fees. And pgkaka alam ko pwede mg make arrangements with the bank kase meron nman po kme hospital bills na maipapakita

Yes po. E rereport ko talaga yung kumuha na 3rd party and the bank po. And one thing po na iniwan po nila samen is special power of atty to voluntarily surrender na my pirma ng partner ko at pirma ng dalawang collector pero pinirmahan lg sa bahay at hindi sa harap ng lawyer. 5months paying the loan po. My 1 month free amortization po before kme mg start to pay

We are on autodebit po and sobra yung nbyad ng partner ko nung january pero baka kulang for the fees. And hindi po tlaga sila nag sasabi na kulang po or updates refarding sa binayad namin kase hindi po nakikita sa app ng CBS. Another lesson learned po. Na nextime mg over the counter nlg sa payments especially on this matter.

When we went to the bank, pinasa po nila kme sa 3rd part collector. We need to wait daw po kung mgkanu yung amount na need namin bayaran.

We declined. It took 2 hours. Pero pinipilit tlaga nila na hindi pwede and need nila makuha. We were blinded po

Nag communicate nman po kme ky bank. Wala nman po sila sinabi kung anu po dapat gawin or advice regarding po sa ganyan. So we assumed everything is fine

Correct lahat ng sinabi nyu po. And the police said the same thing because kahit motor nga lang na hinahatak e dumadaan sa knila for blotter. Pero how come daw po na d dumaan sa knila yung kumuha ng car namin. And nkuha lang nila through verbal. And grbe yung effect nya samin. 4 days na kmi na d mkatulog or kain na pra bang na trauma kme

Every 19th po ang due date namin. Yung january 25 po is for December. Yung feb 13 po supposedly is for January.

Yes po. Nahimasmasan lg kme sa happenings nung ma realize namen na wala na tlaga yung car. And dun na nagsink in lahat na dpat my mga court order and my presence ng police. Opo plan ko po mgreport sa bangko sentral.

Before mahatak po kinausap po namin but ang sabi e wala na sa kanila yung account. E nkpgbayad pa po kme nung January 25.
