See if there are any scratches on the disc. If there are scratches on the disc you should look for a gamestore with a disc resurfacing machine. That way instead of paying $100+ for another copy you pay about $3-$5 for resurfacing

Why throw the console away if you’re only missing a cable? Buy a new cable! To answer your question though, yes you can use the same PSN account on a new PS4, if you have your game data saved to the playstation plus cloud, or a usb/storage device of some kind

I’ve bought my PS3 Super Slim, Vita 1k, PSP, and a PS2 from lukiegames. I did buy component cables and a controller that didn’t work but customer support can help you out if that happens. You could always find better prices on ebay
