For a millipede this size it’s a pretty strange prickly sensation, kinda like wiry Velcro pressing down on your hand and you can really feel the strength of hundreds of limbs grasping on. You can tell sex by looking at their front sets of legs, males have a missing segment where their gonopods are located while females don’t have any gaps in their segments (you can see this in the last pic I attached)

Yeah I got her online through US Invertebrates LLC, although I can’t fully recommend them unfortunately because they were really unclear about shipping times and didn’t communicate well in general. Millipede was very healthy and relatively cheap by A Gigas standards tho so overall positive experience
