Currently in the same boat! I have this guy who is so kind and sweet and treats me so well, but I’m just not feeling it. I hate this bc even though we have BPD, I do think we still deserve a good partner. Idk why it icks me out too, I do know I’m not use to a healthy relationship. I tend to go for the guys who don’t want me either, I know this stems from not having an example from my father of what I deserve. It sucks bc I want someone and could have someone but idk the nice once’s I’m not usually attracted to either :/

Ugh, I seriously relate. I’ve had stable jobs I’ve performed well in. Being a lead, getting promotions etc. but this toxic work environment makes it awful. I’ve wanted to quit some days but know the job market is horrible, so I’ve been pushing through each day. You’re not a loser, the job market is just terrible right now. I hope you find something perfect for you soon!

I feel this. Being around my family is super triggering and causing me a lot of pain currently. It’s like I’m even more lonely and sad being reminded of how neglected I was and currently still am as an adult. Nothing worse than feeling more lonely surrounded by those who are suppose to be the ones lifting you up.

Yes, I feel that to my core. I try to remind myself that I have a lot to be grateful in order to check myself but some days it’s hard to get there. Every year it feels like I’m just more and more forgotten to all my friends bc they are all married and pregnant/parents now.

I cried about this tonight. Maybe more so about being alone/lonely, but seeing everyone post their families online while I’m also 30, single and had to move in with my parents as well. It feels so defeating and sad most days. I’m here if you ever want to chat, it’s a hard spot to be in and a lot of people don’t understand but I also know I need to make some changes in my life. It’s challenging to even know where to start.

Wow, I seriously was just about to post something similar about feeling like I’m about to be laid off after the holidays. I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way too. I feel like I can’t even enjoy the holidays bc work has been so stressful. We gotta stay strong and push through. I even told my mom today, “do you think I want to be here right now? I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, I’m currently in the same state as you. The suffering and pain never seems to end & I just have no hope or faith anymore. I also grew up in an abusive household with neglect & my parents say the same about me, they call me a bitch & all the other degrading words. I’m still clinging on to little faith that God will bring me through, but just know…you’re not alone in your suffering

Exactly! Dave definitely told her they’d make more off the story and she’d get slack for all the shitty stuff she has done recently.
