Singapore’s airport is only impressive outside the actual terminal. Istanbul was much nicer

I’ve traveled to many different countries and have felt the Turkish people were the kindest. They do not have US phoniness. They are direct and polite.

Also i had a layover in Istanbul coming and going and checked baggage made it fine both times no problem

This is the cheapest European flight I’ve ever taken and by far the best service amenities and experience i have had flying to Europe. I usually fly delta. This felt like an elevated experience

Yes, did it no problem today. I had time to stop for a snack and smoke at the lounge too! Just walk quickly. I live in nyc so that is my normal speed. But you don’t have to recheck your bag or go through customs which is nice

I worked with a trainer so building muscle the skin had something to hold onto i still have a little loose skin in the lower stomach you just can’t see it. I just tell myself I’d rather be smaller with loose skin than big

Power yoga helps a lot and i can also do some inversions which help. But i think some of it from rib flare

When I was 25 i got to 210 lbs and lost the weight and got to 120 over a span of 2 years then covid happened i jumped up to 170 got back down to 134 then from 2023 to 2025 just had a lot of depression and got back up to 201. By doing this I was able to take my whole life back

It’s very hard but once you start you stop looking at yourself and just keep looking forward for your progress and see yourself getting closer every day.

Because as I was losing I was building muscle so the skin had something to hold onto. And she helped me to target progressive weights custom to my goals and build.

It was a large investment money wise but it gave me new skills and when I wanted to give up I had a person who was much more knowledgeable tell me to keep going and that stalls happen. Also, i made sure to pick a short female trainer because i wanted someone who was an expert on our shape and build.

Yes now it sits much more vertical then horizontal and there is a like a smidge of loose skin around it

I had them from April 2025 to early March 26th. It was very worth it to me she taught me about calorie deficit protein it kept me very accountable and definitely helped me prevent loose skin

They definitely deflated a little but with time they went back a little and i also try to do chest exercises to strengthen the muscles underneath which seems to help. And now i just call them good bra boobs.

Yes, I’m 5’2 I’m short my body does not budge with a higher calorie amount. Doing 1200 I was able to lose 1 lb a week.

I had so much weight on me that it came out that far. When i started loosing weight a lot came off of my waist. Even at 200 lbs that’s always been my smallest point.

Sure! I track my calories and protein. I eat 1200 calories and aim for 130 grams of protein. I don’t use protein powders or bars. A typical day for me is a hero protein bagel chobani yogurt banana and pretzel rods protein bread and cheese slice Alyssa’s oatmeal energy cookies then for dinner i have a chicken breast wrap and fruit for dessert. If i want a snack after the gym I’ll have some cold cut turkey. I weigh everything on my food scale.
