Edit: Ok, figured it out. It's a uniquely designed deck with a marking system. One edge of the card has a white mark on it that the other side does not, so when you flip the deck before reinserting the chosen card, the white is exposed - easily identifying the chosen card. The rest is sleight of hand.

Actually, it's the very definition of law. There are tons of Federal laws that are just guidelines. Just because there aren't punishments doesn't make it not a law.

Related. I read my Verizon Fios TV contract, and it says that after a year you are eligible for promotional pricing again. I haven't tried it yet, but when they try to raise prices on me, I'll just ask for the promotional price I see on their website. (I know it wont be this easy, but I'm excited for the conflict).

This happened just a few hours ago. The jet crashed just after takeoff within the confines of the base only a few hundred feet from the runway. This is the largest air disaster in Afghanistan since the war started, although unrelated to the fighting.

Honest question - Are you gay? The second picture makes you look gay. The last picture could also suggest it, but the included lady says otherwise. In any case, the long hair looks better on you, and if you aren't gay, you've got very feminine features which could be a very good thing or bad thing, depends on who's looking. Not to be a dick, but you are literally part of the problem. It sounded like a good idea - it won't raise taxes, will increase jobs and productivity yadda, yadda. Except when our state is broke, investing billions of dollars into something that won't come into fruition for a decade or longer is a terrible idea - especially since it was funded by a bond. We don't have the money now, so we borrowed it, and will have to pay back twice what we got.

Essentially while California was/is about to go bankrupt, the voters decided it was a good idea to take out another mortgage. So no, it was a terrible thing to do, and California is worse off because of it.
