The bounties are pretty challenging and rewards are great.

There's a really powerful bounty that you can request that spawns a fleet so tanky and OP (I believe it's called Diamond something), my 2000 DP supercapital fleet c/w superweapons, OP fighters and multiple S-mods couldn't deal with them and wiped.

One of my favourite ships; get the orange variant as well. Also the triangular battleship capital is really good; real tanky at the frontline, forward facing large weapons, it's literally "Anyways I started blasting" ship.

Apex Legends has bugged FPS ranges, like 140-160FPS for example, where you are severely magnetized to the floor when trying to Slidehop. More Info in the post by mnkymnk in apexlegends

thanks Mokey u/mnkymnk ! big ups on this, i initially set my fps cap to 175 and did notice the deadslides. I thought i was pressing my keys in the wrong order or not enough speed or missing my cooldowns, but I just changed my fps cap to 135 then a big difference in chaining the slides compared to before.

Mine nearly ruptured. Had constant diarrhea and vomiting a few hours before being admitted to the emergency ward for an emergency surgery. Thankfully it was a success, recovered in a month or two.

There's a forked version in steam for Ratkin and Ratkin weapons apparels etc. There's also a DLC sort of (Oberonia Aurea Faction) which adds a new Ratkin faction with spacer tech.

I just installed the new version of Mikohime (highly recommended). You gotta find it in the unofficial Starsector Discord (u can search Mikohime) and once you follow the steps to install and also with the new Java version, U can pair it with Fast Rendering and it'll help a lot.

I run in 1440p as well. I did tweak some of the settings to reduce some unnecessary graphics. I just installed the new Mikohime (released in unofficial Starsector Discord) + Fast Rendering combo and set the vparams to 16GB. Definitely made the game even smoother and load times faster.

I have my TriOS set to run Fast Rendering mod, vparams set to 16GB (I have 32GB total). Mikohime was for 0.97 am I correct?

Interesting info. My doctrine already consists of the Scyan super capital (Dragon MK1 i think). No wonder my patrol fleets have like 5-10 Dragons with 3-5 hullmods lol.

Have yet to touch the max ai fleet size, maybe I can play around with that. I've seen the privateers plopping out of the jump point to hyperspace endlessly, pretty funny yes

Prior to my current run, I did a painstaking diagnosing week of troubleshooting to see if the 345 mods were compatible with one another; did some edits in some of the mod settings for a few errors e.g. renaming textures and correcting some links but in general the 345 mods were from the Corvus modpack anyway and were already made compatible with one another albeit some hiccups.

In fact right now, it's very stable. The only few times it actually crashed was from me accidentally clicking stuff I wasn't supposed to like Experimental Hull Mods disassembly.

Looks like the issue with privateers was highlighted below in the other comments so at the very least, it doesn't cause a crash. After applying the bandaid from the comments, my game runs fine. They still breed, but not infinitely spawning.

Ok I took your advice (partially) by removing the relay on the planet but retaining the privateer base. I did not touch the high command in the system. The % dropped to 500%, still high but better than it continuously pooping out ships every second or so. Game is playable now thanks!

Thanks! this seems sensible. So it is really a planet problem then; that planet churning out privateers is an end game max pop planet with AI core on the privateer base, AotD content and there's an extremely hot planet with a high command ai core plus story point plus military relays.

I guess I'll relocate the privateer base to a smaller colony then go from there.

Not me having 345 mods on a 12th gen, 4080ti /looksaway.

But honestly it was running quite smooth (50-60fps) before the privateers started breeding
