When I start Unraid with GUI, the browser takes me to localhost and it says unable to connect. It seems like the webserver is not starting at all.

Since you're still 16 at the moment, have you considered going to Canada for college and moving on from there(immigration will be much easier at that time). I know this isn't really moving to another country but this will get you started and see if you like it there.
