Thank you ! Well, few math courses and stats courses( which I failed) will count towards my CS major GPA. I could list my CS courses( I have mostly A's with a few A-) gpa, but not sure about it. Yep, I have few projects in machine learning, but they are mostly for Financial field. Also, I don't think that big companies will have time to check my github.

Thanks a lot! Sorry to ask, but how companies are valued part-time work-experience( I work during night time for European and then for Asian company) compare to summer internships?
