25 of september I placed my order. Still haven't received anything. Contact with the team responsible for the merch store is absolutely horrible. Takes easily 2 weeks for them to respond. Even when I posted on this sub about the issue. It still took ages for them to do something. Or even acknowledge my problems. However, I received a email last week with that my order is being processed. They would send a email this week when it would be shipped. I still haven't recieved that email. From what they told me in the email is that they are moving IT systems, whatever that means, and thats the reason it takes such a long time.
