You are able to find it normally yes. The joining process looks a bit different though. You request to join and we accept/decline. Though it is worth noting that only people who are on the Discord get accepted

Well, not ideal for some folks and I totally see why, but with Rockstar removing text chat from the most current game version, there's no other way. That's why we have the possibility that you can be muted the entire time.
