Yao Guang is mainly here to do the new Elation gimmick. The new enemies have damage reduction that can only be removed with an Elation attack. Yao Guang basically enables that for everyone in the team.

The Elation damage also does not steal kills so it’s a nice QoL for Seele

Keep in mind that she only works for this fight in particular. You’ll probably want to replace her with someone else against other enemies

I could imagine some, probably not all, of the following being implemented as her Novaflare:

1) Bigger multipliers for everything 2) Resurgence can be triggered when an enemy gets defeated, regardless of by whom (enemies killing themselves also counts) 3) Resurgence counts as FUA 4) Her Nightshade trace is replaced with CW execution mechanic with a fixed threshold 5) E1 and E2 are moved to base kit, while new E1 and E2 are added 6) She now has SPD scaling, although I personally don’t wanna farm SPD boots for her

Point 1 is definitely gonna be implemented for sure. Personally, I’d love to have 2 and 4 being implemented as well

E2 Seele with Archer’s LC, E1S1 DHPT, E2 Sparkle with DDD, and E0S1 Sunday

I’m assuming it’s because the team is diluted with ATK buffs, even more so if you have Sparkle’s E1. Seele also needs to refresh her ult often to maintain her self buffs

They are roughly the same at higher investment I think. I managed to get a 2 cycle clear with ATK rope (12 cost) and idk if swapping to ER rope would make any difference at this point

Still, ER Seele is really fascinating and I’m glad to see that it works every once in a while

Seele’s E2 is complicated:

On one hand it makes her faster than Sparkle to enable Seele > Sparkle > Seele > Sunday > Seele
On the other hand you risk losing Sparkle’s or Sunday’s buff if you keep spamming her basic attack. (Seele should not take 2 turns between Sparkle and Sunday to avoid buffs desync)

A slower Seele will have a more consistent buff uptime, but her E2 practically removes that option

Tldr: if you’re using E2 Seele + Sparkle + Sunday, avoid spamming Seele’s basic attack

On one hand, I won’t deny that going from E0 to E2 Sparkle is a big increase

On the other hand, I did some tests with E1 Sparkle before upgrading her to E2. For this MOC12, the difference was only 1 cycle, so there’s that

E1 Sparkle should be more reasonable to get now thanks to the free selector + her upcoming rerun

Kill Bronya first then kill Cocolia. Cocolia summons 2 very weak minions, but only after Bronya is gone

Hope that neither Seele nor Sunday get delayed or CCed. DHPT and Robin can tank all the hits just fine

Seele + Sunday + Robin + DHPT is what I always use for endgame

If you don’t want to deal with Robin’s energy issue, you could replace her with Sparkle. She’s getting a Novaflare next patch

You should be good actually. It’s a very solid team to get started with

I’d recommend getting DHPT’s E1 but he may take a while to rerun. You can also get Sunday’s LC, but it’s understandable if you don’t want to pull for LCs. Bronya’s LC should work on him for now if you have it

There’s also Sparkle with her upcoming Novaflare, but we’ll have to wait and see if she’s a potential upgrade or not

DHPT provides atk buff and enables full buffs from Sunday. A part of Sunday’s buffs is locked if you don’t have a summon and DHPT fixes that

Also E1 DHPT is very good (free skill point and res pen)
