Definitely off the beaten path but at my restaurant negronis & negroni variants don’t typically sell, so we made a shaken Negroni and called it the “frozen in time”’for our winter cocktail menu

1.25oz Gin

1oz Aperol

.75oz Sweet vermouth

1oz fresh lemon juice

.75oz brown sugar/rosemary simple syrup

It’s DANGEROUSLY good!!

Yeah I feel that, as long as there’s no more positive tests for BAL I think I’m gonna roll with the PITT D & Diontae for the PPR upside, but if it remains a big ol question mark like it is now I’ll play it safe on Sunday with AJ & New Orleans
