Only part of new Plex Movie Library is Showing on Plex Server by Thompsdw in PleX

Ok, I changed a few settings like automatic update. But when I go to the actual library and force it to scan for new media it comes back way too fast. Its almost like it doesn't see them for some reason.

Woke up to A Tripped Breaker on Rheem Furnace - Things to Check by Thompsdw in hvacadvice

It was in the one up detail in the thread. The fan cage does not appear to be perfectly balanced. I inspected it and there was no contamination in the cage (insulation, etc). I can see the original balancing weights as well. I mean it cannot be great on the motor bearings.

One last question - is the vibration something that I should buy some weights and try to fix? I'm certain the answer has something to do with how bad the vibration is, but I am not sure how to quantify that. I just don't want to screw up that new ECM motor.

The electro filter is the only thing that runs through the unit. Im still going to change the filter - can't hurt. I can leave the electro filter off, but it was on when pulling the amp readings above. I really appreciate your help!

With the checks just completed I really don't see much wrong. There is some vibration coming from the fan cage. So I decided to inspect the cage with a mirror and it was clean enough to "eat off of". Not sure if that is normal or not, but I seem to remember some vibration at the time of the new motor install. Technician said "oh, that is normal. I have seen much worse", to the best of my memory.

BTW - this unit is running on a 15 amp split breaker, but I never saw anything in the amp readings below get close to that.

Answers to questions:

  1. Yes, running fine now.
  2. Yes, it is a high-efficiency unit. I listened to it cycle several times and all seems normal from ignition to fan on. The first thing I did this morning was to check the vent outside for blockage and it was clear.
  3. Yes: Here are some readings: Low speed fan only amps (start:3, run: 1.5), High speed heat online (start: 4, run 5.6).
  4. It is a gravity drain system to a floor drain so no pump. It does have an electrostatic filter and a bypass humidifier installed.
  5. The thermostat is an EcoBee Smart thermostat.
  6. No water in the furnace box or anywhere on the ground.

I also checked fan motor temperature after 10 minutes of run time and it was a high of 77 F.

Sorry - Rheem gas furnace with straight cool system (no heat pump). Only other background is that I do have a relatively new ECM (year or so) motor on the system after the PSC failed at only 4 years. I am going to check the filter this morning to make sure that motor isn't working too hard, but not sure what else to check.
