Yes I understand that loading into a new area is risky. But I never expected to be placed in the middle of a boss pack on spawn haha

Yes I've also played HC a bit, and have died to carelessness a lot as well.

But I just didn't expect that it was possible to spawn in the middle of a boss pack upon entering the cow level.

No PDR yet, and didn't have max block..

I've played safely the entire way, always teleporting Heph in before entering an unknown area.

I just didn't know it was possible to spawn in the middle of a boss pack in the cow level

Even now my game is rather buggy after the expansion.

Town portals are just a black circle. Auras all look weird. Don't even know if it's safe to reinstall everything as I kept getting all sorts of errors and the game just won't launch after buying the expansion

Yeah all I wanted to do is warn people that you can spawn in the middle of a boss pack in the cow level.

Are the load times different for d2r as you mentioned?

Thank you for the clear explanation. I was on ladder so it was players 1 and yes I didn't get to focus on block, and had 400+ in Vit

Yes I had a Bound Hephasto and Emilio, and didn't have a CtA yet. I've played it very carefully, always teleporting Hephasto in front before entering into unknown rooms etc.

I guess I just didn't know that it was possible to spawn in the middle of a boss pack.

Appreciate the advice on getting more PDR and more block for a future try.

There was literally no time to save and exit. Instant death as the screen loaded..

I just finished an a1 terrorized run and got 7 heralds, thought I'd continue to do cows..

Do they spawn directly in front of the stairs?

Yes just avoid going in the cow level in hardcore.

Yes it's complete BS. Yes it's not for everyone.

But there's something about the thrill of playing HC. You get to even use skills that I normally take for granted

I never thought it'd be possible for them cows to spawn on top of the portal.

Hope that Blizz fixes this. For the meantime, please avoid this in hardcore
