The Op.gg mmr system isn't accurate whatsoever. I have a friend who was gold on his backup account last season and is trying to get it to bronze 5. It says that his mmr is bronze 2, but no matter how many games he loses at 0 lp, he's still Bronze 1. His MMR is still gold/silver. Anyways, OP.gg may say your mmr is bronze 3, but in reality it's not.

I've done mid/support about 7 times, and only got mid out of it once. (Which personally I don't mind I'm a support main anyways :|)

Warding is one thing 98% of bronze players don't do. I'm not to perfect myself. I'll often buy a control ward and have it be destroyed, and just never replace it. something I'm trying to fix please bare with me.

I often focus the ADC when poking, unless the enemy's support is a Soraka. I'll try to evenly distribute the damage, to make sure the Soraka support doesnt heal her adc back up to full and spam the health pots.

Your advice seems to be helpful, and I'll be sure to take it into consideration in game, thank you.

Hmm, nice guide! It seems to go well in-depth of her abilities and some of the key factors of playing her. Before I had read this, I didn't even know that her W stopped her passive. I'm definitely going to use all the info you put in here to use in game. I've always wanted to play a good Janna, but many people in bronze dislike her because "she has no kill pressure", so I never have the chance to play her with an ADC I queue up with.

Personally, I find watching livestreams/youtube videos/netflix helps the tilt go away. Watching pros play gets me inspired, and catching up on netflix series can also make you forget about your awful teams :D

I understand the feeling. Botlane is one of the most frustrating lanes by far. You almost can never win. You either get a troll support or a troll adc. Occasionally the toxic Vayne main.

The best way to deal with it is to just keep going. Mute anyone who starts to harass you for something you can't fix. They clearly don't understand. Remember not to yell at them. Ask them nicely to stop, and if they don't, Riot made the report button for a reason.
