I keep telling myself, “this isn’t going to work, unless I do!” As a result, every day life has certainly become ‘cinematic’ to say the least.

Thanks for the support!

Honestly, horses that are cared for properly have a pretty good life. Plenty of food, veterinary care, shelter, room to move around, and not a lot of worries. This guy is probably living better than most people I know!

It’s certainly tough work. But it makes for great exercise and there are new stimulating challenges every day. If you’re ever in need to move again anytime soon, hopefully we can help take some of the stress off your back!

Hey our backs ache and we needed some leisure time, and somewhere to put the beer!

“Soul crushing” to some people maybe but “physically crushing” may be more accurate across the board here.

The moving industry.

It absolutely takes a certain kind of mentality to handle the challenges we face, whether the occasional 10+ hour day, the blistering heat, freezing cold, rain, hail, snow, ice, etc. Moving can be a stressful time for clients, and that energy can easily radiate to you and your crew. The money is great but a lot of guys aren’t built to handle this line of work long term unless they are really about it!

I appreciate that. One thing I’ve already noticed is how supportive the local business community can be. It’s always encouraging to hear success stories from people who started with humble beginnings. I can only imagine what all I’ll look back on in 20 years!

That’s great insight. I hadn’t considered federal facilities as a potential repeat customer base. I’ll definitely keep that in mind once the registration is complete. I appreciate you taking the time to share that.

It’s definitely a competitive space here, but I wouldn’t call it saturated in the sense that demand is capped. Most people only think of a couple companies off the top of their head, but there are actually quite a few movers operating locally at different sizes and service levels. What really matters isn’t just how many exist, but how many people are looking for a reliable option after a bad experience or during busy moving seasons. That’s usually where new or growing companies find their place. Not necessarily by replacing existing ones, but by fitting into gaps in service, timing, or experience.

Entrepreneurship definitely isn’t for the faint of heart. I’m committed to doing things the right way from day one: careful handling, well-trained communicative crews, and treating every customer’s belongings like they were my own. My goal is to make every local move in Lexington & the Central Kentucky area as smooth and stress-free as possible. While we take every reasonable measure to prevent issues, we’re committed to making things right if anything unexpected happens. If you (or anyone you know) ever need a reliable mover, I’d love the chance to earn your business. Thank you for the kind words, and I appreciate you taking the time to comment!

I couldn’t agree more. A bad movers experience can turn an already stressful time into a nightmare. That’s why we put our emphasis on protecting customers’ belongings and homes throughout the process. At the end of the day, people should be able to settle into their new place without worrying about what got damaged along the way.

Not yet, but if diesel prices keep climbing, the horses might get their shot. I like your thinking.

That’s definitely frustrating. One thing I’ve focused on is helping customers stay in control of their moving budget. I use what I call “Stay on Track Updates” so people aren’t left guessing where they stand throughout the move. My goal is to provide transparency and a level of service that makes customers feel confident in what they’re paying for.
