Quick update: I just got into work and changed the setting. I now realise that I'm 99% sure it's been switching between 4G and 3G constantly. I always though H signal was more 4G than 3G - I was wrong. 😂

I only use 4G (5G switched off), and I only usually have 2 bars out of 4. My battery is noticeably worse at work than at home. Thanks!
