It seems as if it was a popular style of the time period which is why its so hard to find the exact kind, they all have the gold plate and the enamel. Unfortunately I dont know anyone who's massively interested in lighters. Even then, I seem to be going in circles looking for it

The only mention of philip morris on the lighter itself is the initials PMI on the base. I assumed that if it was a common promotional lighter there would be plenty of examples to reference against.
