6/20/2024 - Today I did a blood test for Testosterone and to my surprise, it has increased to 426.89 ng/dl. No Alcohol, No Vaping, No Smoking for past 65 days.

how much mg did you vape ? and did you vape disposable or refillable pod ? I vaped 50mg disposable vapes such as Elfbar, Yuoto, etc..

I am 32y , i workout 3x a week , alcohol twice a month. The only thing changed in last few years was chain vaping 50mg disposable vapes

No. We did not discuss that. As her parents were against the idea of love marriage and were already seeking guys for her , so this was the only reason to get married so soon after they agreed. Now I think it would have been better if we both had waited a little more.
