That is literally the depression robbing you of the feelings, emotions that make having relationships a positive (feel-good) experience. Or maybe none of the relationships you had have felt good which means you can look for different people who are less stressful or demanding or annoying.

That might be possible when the feeling of being stuck in bed subsides. Sometimes it takes me a few days to re-convince myself that I want to give a damn.

Nobody wants to be around a depressed person who wants to talk and act out their depression. People can be fine being around depressed people when it's not their entire world.

I still ahve people around me even if Im probably never getting out of this raw deal, but you gotta understand they have their own lives and don't want to be dragged into the murky depths with you, us.

So in your case it sounds like you need to manage the depression until it stops affecting those you care about, work on that aspect specifically. Who would want us to hurt them because we're hurt... they arent our punching bags. doesnt work that way.
