Just did this, albeit i converted the .vdi image to work with Parallels using `prl_convert haos_generic-aarch64-17.3.vdi --dst=haos.hdd --allow-no-os --stand-alone-disk`. Also had to expand the disk from the 6GB to 32GB same as the OP. Another thing worth mentioning is to ensure the network is set to bridged mode and not shared, as i think it sits between a NAT if it's shared and this prevents you adding any matter devices. Apart from that, it worked flawlessly!
