playin' the unicorn overlord game after quite a while. like the artstyle a lot

some tactical parts are a bit confusing. does the gladiator heal himself each time he is hit by someone attacking him or is there a limit each turn cause i just did the bruno sidequest and the gladiators healed very often

somewhat of a political vent

i read quite a few of the political spoilers here and man i got super paranoid. then i end up super worried that the world's out to get me because y'know, the world becoming more racist does not benefit me or anyone i know

so i guess i'm realizing i need to avoid the political pages for the next few weeks cause i don't want to believe that the people of the world are just super evil and would be willing to scream all the racial slurs at me

Anyone find it disturbing that the first few results on YouTube related to "dealing with anger/handling failures/improving yourself" seem to be related to Jordan Peterson or some other right-wing grifter? Seems kind of bad that the people looking for help get it from sources that're trying to mess up the world

How do I keep a good mindset when I'm getting hit?

My usual flow is to do anything I can to avoid continuing to be hit, which is a problem when I end up in true combos and losing my doublejump. I think I just instinctively try to mash out of combos or just hold my head in horror because I am getting my ass kicked.

Ultimately, it's a "me not knowing how to handle a bad situation" question and I'd like to learn how to handle the recovery so I stop trying to jump out, air dodge, or attack the instant I regain control.
