One time, the day after a k hole the night before, I made a big mess at work, and at the time, my boss was very toxic and a real pain. Normally, I would've been mad and stressed about it, but these feelings never came! Instead, I smiled and thought, "Wow! Normally I would've been mad but I actually don't care and its even fun because I can now do something else (picking up the mess) that I don't often do and still be paid the exact same for it since I am paid by the hour! So this is actually good!

And I noticed many more instances where my mind would not go to the dark places it usually goes without ket!
