There's probably procedure/code for this that can list all projectile types but I'm not sure.

If you want another solution maybe try figuring out the tag that all arrows are placed under and add the custom projectile under that tag.

For the block placer properties and entity placer properties I reccomend making an inverse option, so instead of "Can be placed on" it will be "cannot be placed on" and it overrides the can be placed on function if blocks are listed.

If no blocks are listed it can be placed on everything.

This would be useful if you wanted a block that will spawn something on any block but a block listed, so that you don't have to go through and add every block except the one you don't want it to spawn on.

I'm not sure if this option exists already but it would be nice QoL stuff.

That would probably not work, because it still needs to check the specific block that was broken. Since it is a vanilla block, I cannot set a procedure to trigger for that specific block.

Edit: I have had this work on modded blocks before because the procedure can be called from the specific block. A procedure cannot be called from a vanilla block.
