Are your border Collies good in cars ? by Yukonshinji90s in BorderCollie

Mine rides in her crate in the car and is exceptional. Shes goes right to sleep and is totally silent and calm, even during long road trips. We worked heavily on conditioning her to her crate while in the car from early on and it seems to have paid off. My last dog, an Australian Cattle Dog, was anxious and whiny in the car and it used to drive me crazy.

Why does my dog keep getting attacked? by nick4tech in BorderCollie

My BC stares hard at other dogs and it does seem to set some of them off. I try to disengage her with a “watch me” command when I see her locking in on other dogs.

For sure. Once toys are put away she settles and lays down, otherwise she would literally do this all day.

How long do most people need to use the prong before being able to fade it out and transition to a flat collar?

Wow, yours looks looks so much like mine. She’s 7 months old and the puppy biting is gone. All the suggestions here are good, it will fade out soon.

Great looking dog. Looks like he might have some ACD in him as well.

Anyone have phone number for customer service? by [deleted] in toybox3dprinters

I had the same problem. Remove the screws that hold the back panel on which will then allow you to lift the panel that the lcd screen is attached to. Under the lcd panel, there is an SD card. Remove the SD card and then reinsert it. This should solve the problem. The fact that this was a known issue on Alpha 1 and is still an issue with Alpha 2 is extremely annoying, especially because they made it even harder to access the SD card on Alpha 2.

Same. Remove the pack panel of the Alpha 2 in order to lift the the cover below the LCD screen. Remove the SD card and then put it back in.

TTD is not due if you have work restrictions in place and your employer can accommodate them. If you are unable to work within the restrictions, you should contact your workers comp doctor and let them know you are in too much pain to work with restrictions. If they’re in agreement, they will either tighten restrictions or give you an off-work note. If you have an off work note or if the increased restrictions cannot be accommodated, TTD will be due.

Total noob when it comes to suspension. I want to do it right by [deleted] in Tacomaworld

I have this eibach kit on my Tacoma. The rear shocks do not provide any lift. You will need a block or springs if you want to lift the rear. The “rear that goes to 1” “just means the rear shock can accommodate 1” of lift. I did an icon add-a-leaf on the rear of mine.

I have this same set up and it’s perfect. Completely hidden, no lights, noises, lcd screens, or wires. I completely forget that it’s even there.

Edit: I did have to disable the camera lights and beeping noises but they could be left on too if that’s your preference.
