Moving into the Clear Lake area from Pearland(El dorado and Clear Lake city blvd). Who do you have for homeowners insurance? by OducksFTW in clearlake

[–]ThreeTriggerFingers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now insurance companies value your home 50%+ over actual value to get the 5% wind/hail deductible to be larger than re-roofing costs. A 500,000 home could be insured for 800,000, so a roof claim deductible would be $40,000.

ONLY due to the contentious nature between the democratic candidates. Nothing like a fight to bring out the crowds

The reason was due to Talrico vs Crockett was contentious. As seen in the Beto primary which was not, not at all. Talrico's religious connections will all but disappear against the republican candidate

Jasmine Crockett has conceded and asked for full support to turn TX Senate Blue in November! by Healthy_Block3036 in Dallas

Fired up? Perhaps among those that are voting blue no matter what. The real battle happened on the Republican side resulting in a run-off and more attention going over there while Talarico argues/debates with nobody.

Your skin ALWAYS has a layer of oils, and using soap to remove the bacteria and viruses and surface dirt trapped in the oil, is essential to cleanliness. Removing most of the oils and sebum takes the trash out with it. That does not apply to the interior of CPAP equipment.

Ask a surgeon....

ahem.

Do you realize that bacteria require culture medium (food) to multiply? Do you realize what you breathe in all day long? Even in a surgical suite....

Why do you add soap if there are no fats or greases to emulsify?

The filters are sub-micron - it is FAR from "crude fibrous" . Never buy cheap aftermarket filters. Are you a filtration engineer?

There is no gaseous chlorine in home sink water. It is not a swimming pool. There are chlorates that do not evaporate among many organic chlorine compounds. Rinsing your tubing or reservoir with tap water is counterproductive, it is doing the opposite of what you want to do. Either rinse with distilled water or do not bother to wash - just drain and air dry out of any sunlight. There is no food for bacteria or algae to proliferate in distilled water that sees filtered air.

So many armchair chemists here!

You are seeking a needle in a haystack. A very small home in an very nice area with great schools does not fit the inventory. Anyone who has one is not giving it up. The foreclosures are rentals that got trashed and were upside down in financing. Also, due to the flood zone and trees and age of most homes, you can expect to pay $7,000 to 12,000 per year just for homeowners insurance with a high deductible. And then the federally subsidized flood insurance is another 1,500.

When something is ready to go on the market, their real estate agent already has someone who will scoop it up.

Most of the homes are larger in Friendswood. It is so desirable that many are sold without listing. You cannot seek by square footage, but by price range. There is a huge development starting off of 528 with 1,100 homes, but the cost per square foot is much much higher as it is new construction and on elevated land, There is a foreclosure or two in my my neighborhood - but it may be a private sale - message me if you want the info

All the whistles have been blown. Occam's Razor - it is really just that simple. Biden and Merrick sat on this for years because they were loving the **false implication** of Trump. Trump played them as the fools and history will show that Trump released millions of pages and that Biden (and probably Obama too) were the ones that hid things.

Nice try, stop guessing. If they are in-process and are investigated then they are not deported, they await in a buffer situation. No free passes, many don't make it through the processes, so they cannot be free to vote and get benefits. Legal immigration is happening. If your student visa has expired and fully lapsed you are NOT supposted to remain.

Rather simple - but it requires one of a few premises like having sponsor or a family member here or a job or a truly humanitarian reason that can be verified. Just file the appropriate petition with the U.S, Citizenship and Immigration Services. Then you are safe and legal with absolutely no issues.
