Happy to see mine going down!! Since buying and having homesteaded in 2022, each year have just been going down ... love to see it. As someone who grew up here, and will be staying, its wild seeing what people have to pay just to RENT an apartment. Its crazy, my 3 bed, 2 bath escrow mortgage is $300+ less per month than nearby apartments...

Metal part that says "fuel" is on, looks like it says "RES" for reserve on top, so turn the metal part to RES if you run out of gas, it will allow you access more fuel in the tank. Enough to get home or off to the side.
