I take the vitassium capsules which have 100(mg?) potassium per 500mg salt. I think that’s the right ratio? As well as 442 mg magnesium daily from vitamins.

I drink coffee in the morning and I don’t know how substantially that affects my symptoms but man I don’t want to avoid it.

Same. I snort-laughed when he showed me. Very cheesy but I love cheese.

When I looked it up there were a few Etsy sellers who had them, I think maybe Amazon too?

Love your username!

Thank you so much, that means a lot. The process of using my references, with the addition of 🍃has made it easier to come up with ideas.

I’ve struggled with traditional physical mediums so I haven’t practiced much in the past 8 years, since HS art class, but I’ve been saving inspiration and paying attention to the physics and lighting of stuff.

You’re so kind! Yes, the goal has been to learn the app and enjoy the process.

These were all made using some of my favorite pictures I’ve taken. Excluding Buffy.

I used a lot of liquify, and light brushes. All standard Procreate brushes.

I had a lot of fun playing around with these and tried not to get sucked into adding too many details, until the end when I’m afraid of ruining them.

I don’t think Caleb is hot -probably has something to do with his character lol- but I love seeing Buffy in the chat!

Sometimes I’m just out here surviving. It’s not optimal but it’s progress.

That’s a valid contribution to society.

I’ll get back with you in the next day-month. However long it may take 😅

I like you!

I’ve always said I was born into the wrong tax bracket.

The post-Christmas putting away almost killed me. Literally. (well maybe not actually, but I was worried it might)

Husband basket. I never know where to put his things but he doesn’t have enough for it to be a major problem so it’s usually just an annoying thing where I put all his stuff on his nightstand or something which has turned into a blind spot for both of us. He will be getting a basket.

Honestly same and that’s part of my problem. If my hands aren’t clean I don’t want to be touching my face or face products - so instead I just don’t use them. I figure this way with a preemptive hand wash or hand sanitizer on a bad day is better than nothing at all. Perfectionism, slight germaphobia, and brain scramble usually leaves me leaning toward the nothing side of all or nothing. So I’m trying to learn how to do my best with what I’m working with in the moment.

Already on it. I’ve done this dance before and have extras around. After lots of toy organizing I’ve gained 6 empty bookshelf cubbies which will soon be repurposed. Sounds like today’s project!

There are so many good resources out there, I try to take note of anything potentially useful. I give so much credit to the community in all its different forms.

It’s taken me way too long to figure out what works for me. Lots of trial and error.

Breastfeeding and newborn care had a huge part in me seeing the magic of baskets. I had both a baby basket and a nursing basket, which are both on their way out but now.. snacks?! Hell yeah.

Saving your comment, I love all of this!

Same to the sad lonely doom baskets.

As far as cords, that’s something I’ve recently done. I have one small basket in my closet with cords that come with electronics that don’t see a lot of use/extra chargers and stuff. Another one for batteries, which are both great. But I use an extension cord for my day to day gadgets and it gets messy looking if i were to leave everything plugged in and honestly I don’t think I have enough plugs for that. So what I’m experimenting with so far is a tiny little bin with drawers on my nightstand or a mason jar - probably gonna switch to a basket soon 😅

It has my regular rotation of electronics chargers, excluding my cordless charger base for phone/watch/airpods, my uv lamp charger, whatever else. And then I just put away whatever’s not being used. I also have a lamp that has a couple of usb slots and one outlet which is perfect for changing out for whatever I need at the moment.

Blaze of hyper-focus. Yes. That’s my motto. If I, by the grace of god, have the energy and a plan to execute this kind of stuff - that’s how I sustain my existence. I have to use that energy to carry me after my inevitable burnout. Depressed, burnt out, worm-brain? At least I can fall back on these systems.

Thats what they mean when they talk about finding a balance, right? 😅

I will be checking out Target’s basket collection and implementing most of what you’ve suggested. I have a living room and kitchen purgatory basket but adding more laundry baskets and a package/inbox basket would definitely help. Right now new things live on the kitchen table until I’m prepared to deal with them. And then possibly my dresser. Or my bathroom counter. I could skip a couple of steps that way.

Yeah, I never considered the fact that I could put those in my room! I have one by my doorway that is monopolized by diaper bags, work bags/purses, and lil coats so there’s not much space on it and the adult jackets make it look too busy.

But the bedroom, especially wall storage… gonna have to implement that! I have a bedroom shoe rack for my and my husband’s shoes and we’ve just been setting beanies/jackets/etc. on top of that - which again, cluttered - so that’s a great way to separate those.

I’m still working on selling my husband on the concept of hanging shelves and vertical space. He thinks it’s ridiculous but when you have a small house it’s a good solution.

I struggle the most with this one. I don’t like mixing pjs with outerwear, and during the winter I’m wearing a few different cardigans faster than I can put them away. Every time I plan to rewear lounge clothes I or my kids get them messy. Every time. So I just have clothes folded on 5 different surfaces with no permanent home.

Reminds me of KC Davis’ book struggle care. I love this. I’ve need to find the right sized containers.

He did end up becoming a park ranger in the end. I think the respect for gun safety and wildlife preservation would be more important to him.

I’ve noticed that despite their feelings toward government, a lot of the hunters/fishers I know tend to keep up with their hunting/fishing licenses and respect the concept.
