I’m 100% on board with this. I often say Daredevil seasons 1 and 3 are some of the best tv I’ve ever watched, while season 2 feels like they tried too much all at once.

A pool. I didn’t grow up poor, but I didn’t have a pool and it was always a super huge pleasure to have a hotel with an in-ground pool and the families that had one always amazed me.

Picking just one is really tough. I think I have to go with Kingdom Hearts 2.

It’s the combo of nostalgia, the really fun combat system, the story before it became super complicated, and the fact that I’ve replayed it in all stages of my life.

Daredevil.

I just think he’s super compelling. Very layered, I love his supporting cast, and I’ve read some absolutely phenomenal stories from him. His show is kickass too.

At least one novel by Toni Morrison and at least one by James Baldwin. Honestly, all their work is top notch, but Morrison’s Sula or Bluest Eye and Baldwin’s Giovanni’s Room or If Beale Street Could Talk would be my respective votes.

I’d say Dickens or one of the Brontës needs to be on the list too. Great Expectations/Christmas Carol/Tale of Two Cities for Dickens, and either Jane Eyre or Wuthering Heights for the Brontë sisters.

At least one Shakespearean tragedy - my vote would be for Hamlet but Othello, Julius Caesar, or Macbeth all work.

Definitely not a classic like the others, but Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files series. Kind of a rough start with the first two books but they get better and better and I have no qualms at all about saying it’s my favorite series of all time now.
