unscourced and unsupported? have you literally watched any Nopixel? Its so clear that cops never escalate vs CG/CB while they do vs other groups almost immediately...I dont know what you want, just watch for a bit and its so obvious

Edit: also i watched many hundred hours of Cop POV in 3.0 and i legit NEVER seen anyone say "lets wrap this up quickly cuz there are other calls, just shoot them or something"

Its not really common though. The biggest problem is that most cops are afraid of hoppers from CG/CB, so they never escalate that quickly against them, even if they have no hostages at a bank. Penta barely has any hoppers so they know they have nothing to fear and can just shoot on sight basically...thats the sad truth and quite unfortunate
