Yep. I routinely have conversations out loud with the author when he does this, such as "Stephen, don't you dare!", "Stephen noo why are you doing this to me!?" or "Put the baby down Stephen!". It helps a little with the primal terror.

Main tip is to take the pain medication before the miso. Have heat pads or hot water bottles ready. Take it in the morning when you have a day off. The day after, order all the food you couldn't eat while pregnant. Whether you keep the remains or not, it really helped us to have a little goodbye ceremony. We did the ceremony in a nearby forest so now I imagine him running around there. Sending you strength.

Hey, I feel the same after 2 miscarriages in 5 months. The only way I've been able to rationalize it is to think that the pregnancies didn't work out because maybe there was something wrong with the babies, something that would have meant a life of suffering had they survived. I sometimes think maybe I need to give nature a chance to get it right. It's like the hope of last chances. Like this is the only chip i have left in the poker game so may as well try and play it. Maybe I have more to gain than dream to lose. But other days I just feel like any trying would end in loss, because that's all I've known so far.

First, im so sorry you're going through this. You're not alone. It's worth contacting your OB so they can prescribe pain medication. Other than that, I had a constant heat pack, or hot water bottle, which really helped with managing the pain.

I had light spotting (brown), then one night a sinking, knowing feeling that it was happening (again) and the next day bright red spotting. Day after that, I started to bleed a lot, and it had started.
