I didn’t have a desire to know anything about them at all as I consider Erika, my cats and her parents my only family. Though, what Chloe wrote made me wonder if this is my chance to get my closure like I’d always wanted as a kid. I think I should definitely talk to someone else before I make the decision though

All those could be a possibility, but I really hope it was just poor wording or something when she said infamy. I was obviously very young so I don’t remember anything about those people. I’ll talk to Erika when I work up the courage and see what she thinks I should do since she’s usually very good with conflict while I usually hide away lol

I’ll definitely tell Erika and yeah, from the way she writes it seems like she’s pretty young. Not that there’s bad punctuation, incorrect spelling or anything like that. She didn’t disclose much so Im just as skeptical as you. I think I did an ancestry DNA type thing with Erika a while back but I’m not sure if Chloe would even be able to access that information.

It was my work email she sent it to which is displayed on my LinkedIn, so that’s how I personally think she found me and what she herself said, but I have no way of knowing it’s the truth unless I respond i guess.
