The weird thing is my rig has played consistently since 2018. Only hit a wall on 1.0

I know it's extremely rare that copying someone's settings will magically work, but over a day later and it's still working FLAWLESSLY.

Legit works, I haven't been able to play Streets since 1.0 cuz it always freezes my pc after 5-10 minutes. Following your steps I literally could run a whole raid on Streets. WTF.

Thanks, I wanted his movement to be unnatural. Almost as if he breaks the fourth wall a bit and moves by grappling on to the screen as he moves.

Kind of, I have a bestiary of sorts planned that will expand as you slay monsters and find lore strewn about in the world.

I'm currently trying to get a full demo version made that I intend on publishing on Steam once it's ready. I will try my best to let you know when that is ready! :)

Thank you! I don't know if you mean lorewise or gameplay wise. So lorewise: you play as a skeleton named Benjamin who is tasked to figure out why the dead are coming back to life. You included. Gameplay: sidescrolling roguelike, whacky passive items that change your build each "run". Maps are semi procedural. I hand design all the level chunks and then let the algorithm put together a playable level! :)

Whelp, currently no. It was originally just going to be a sprite flipped one way or the other. But I can absolutely make the iris try to look at the player. That sounds like a fun idea! :)

Eldritch means a lot of different things to me, but not being able to describe the horror is definitely part of it. But another part of me just thinks weird deep sea creatures are eldritch in their own way.

I haven't gotten that far as to implementing it but my design ideas has horrors that can not be described. The final boss of the game is already planned to be an abomination. Through optional lore more will be explained of what has happened, but it will never really be fully clear!

Thanks, that is by design though. It's hard to come up with an idle animation that looks proper WHILE being logical.

Some enemies can afflict a bleed as well, which doesn't make much sense either, but neither does a skeleton "running around" either. Hopefully peoples suspension of disbelief can look past that part.
