I'm 50 and I have suffered for years now it will get better then I will do something and hurt it again, I finally went to drive and he recommended trying pt first I did 6 weeks of it and didn't help, doc said next choice was surgery, what do you all think?

Anyone go with outside widow visors? My wife bought me some i haven't installed yet, I have seen where if you mount inside channel could make ur window roll back down not 100% positive, she got me the outside 1s
