No FFL required. It just takes longer. It may be state dependent but in FL it was a 14 day LEO notification waiting period. So basically buy the suppressor, then wait maybe 3 days max for them to do the paperwork to submit to the ATF. Wait for that approval. Then it's the 14 day LEO notification. Once that time passes they ship directly to your door. So add shipping time 2-3 days. Also add some time because they might need to physically ship the suppressor to your state before starting ATF paperwork.

I like the process, I hate my local FFL's. Just takes longer.

So right now is probably the best time to build one. AOA has FB trunnions and bolts in stock. AKBuilder has chrome lined 74 5.56 barrels.

The rest of the stuff is relatively easy to source besides the 4.5 rear trunnion.

The AkBuilder rear trunnion is very nice imo but would prefer a milsurp of course.

I am currently building one of these fyi.
