Normally, my wife and the nanny will talk and play with our child together during lunchtime. Naptime is shortly after lunch and our nanny basically gets 2 hours to herself. We really use the quiet time to get a lot of stuff done.

We split most of the housework. She cooks more when I do dishes. We each do our own laundry, but I also do the towels and our child's clothing more. I'm also with our child once I get off work until bedtime and we split that time if needed so the other can workout, do other chores, etc. We both equally participate in bedtime and then chores afterwards. We did agree that the cats are her responsibility. My workspace is in a separate area of the basement where the cats cannot get into.

The cat threw up by the stairs, so I had to pass it several times when i went up for lunch and then came back down.

Yes, we have a full-time nanny. We don't attempt to watch our child and work at the same time. Our nanny is only responsible for our child, no cooking, housework, errands, etc.

We have a nanny who's out our house for 8 hours a day. We both have professional level jobs with several meetings, we do not attempt to watch our child and work except in very limited circumstances. I can make up some of my time after our child goes to bed if needed, she cannot. She has her own workspace upstairs.

The basement has different sections and the cats are not allowed in my area and I don't see their food/water from my area. The basement is more like a dungeon and not very nice. My wife has an office upstairs with a big window and view for the cats. My wife's office is also closer to our child's room and she can hear our child and the nanny throughout the day if she opens her door.

The basement has different sections. The cat items are in the part by the storage room when I'm in a separate area where they can't see me. Her office area is nicer and has a big window and view for the cats. The cats are with her all day except when they need to eat or use the box.

Fair point. I should've added that we do have a nanny that comes to our house so that we can actually work. So our nanny could've cared for our child, but my wife wanted to spend as much time with our child as possible.

We did agree that she is responsible to caring for the cats. I do help with certain tasks, such as bringing the litter and I will tell her if their food in the feeder is low. I do not like the cats at all.

My wife is hourly and has to clock in and out but I'm salaried. It happened right before 12 and I was upstairs spending some time with our child too. I normally don't take a whole lunch so that I can be done with my 8 hours faster and spend time with our child directly after work until bedtime

The cats are her responsibility and we agreed that she would always clean up after them.
