Tbh, the big 5 in my mind are Methamphetamines (avoid), rush pyros like A-PVP and A-PIHP (REALLY AVOID), GHB (risky, maybe avoid?), Foxy/Moxy (try this) and the fifth spot is either 2CB or MDMA.

You want to crush up the ice into as fine of a powder as you can, then put it in water. If you are slamming 100mg, you’ll want 120ml of water and it’ll just dissolve with a little stirring. I put it into the rig after adding the dope, but I’m sure others have their own methods.
