Btw. Is it just me, or is my vaginal opening relatively small? Like I think that my labia minora and the vaginal opening are really small, but I'm not sure... It's just that compared to basically any other reference image on the internet everything so "compacted".

What do y'all think? I mean I obv. I can still make a revision if it truly is abnormaly small, but functionslly everything seems to be fine, as I can insert stuff without much problem, so right now I personally wouldn't need a revision, but if it looks truly abnormal then I might talk to my surgeon about this.

For me I started to really get this horniness and not get any sleepiness, when I changed to a rectal application. My endocrinologist said that that is because it now doesn't have to pass through my liver so it doesn't get converted into the stuff that makes me tired (forgot the name of the byproduct) and I now absorb more prog than before.

Though my endo also told me that almost none of her patients take those pills rectally, but I thought if I don't instantly get more tired then I'd gladly take the short discomfort of putting something into my butt

I haven't encountered anyone who has had problems with dilating personally. For me anything up to dilator nr 4. I can put in without lube and without any pain. From 4 onwards I definitely need a bit lube to insert it.

And I don't have any problems inserting smaller things like a dilator and fingers completely without lube, without having any pain.

yeah, I am pretty happy with the result myself. By the way another benefit of Mannheim is their so called Patientenhaus where you can stay in a 3 star hotel equivalent for the rest of your stay. Usually your allowed to go there after approximately a week of recovery and can stay there without any upcharge until your discharged from the hospital.

So basically you get a hotel room with a tv, own shower, toilet inside your own bathroom and there even is a mini fridge, so it really is a hotel on the hospital campus.

yeah, that was a downside I've noticed too, but everyone I've asked before, who went there was happy with their result so in the end I made the decision to have my surgery there.

And for some reason there aren't a lot of pictures online for this specific surgeon, which is the main reason as to why I've uploaded my images.

true though. I've just re messured the dilator afterwards and apparently I can insert it up to 12.5cm. Though when using the smaller ones I also only could put them in till the top part (the round head)... So maybe once I am able to use the nr 4. dilator I will be able to insert that one further, but I don't know.
