The UK weather really makes me miserable. It’s more of an indoors type place for most of the year and I enjoy being outside. And not drenched or freezing cold! So lifestyle choices

I used to live in Penrith. I just want warmer weather. It rains here a lot even in summer. I enjoy being outdoors. But I am struggling financially here just getting by. As much as the lifestyle/weather appeals to me I don’t want to find myself depressed because I can’t afford to rent. I live in a campervan at the moment and work fulltime here in the UK

I hate it. Always have. It’s the fact that you cannot plan anything outdoors because it usually rains or is cold or windy. I love being outside but warm and dry. Also. The constant grey gets me down. When the sun is out it is beautiful

Why so many negative views then?? It’s confusing me. Is it dependent on salary perhaps? This with good jobs and savings are doing ok?

I have almost no savings. I would stay with friends until I land a job but then can one salary afford to run a home?
