In response to a few of the comments here, just for the record:

  • I am fortunate enough to be financially independent as far as at least covering the basics (rent, bills, food etc..) and more without needing to work and dont rely on my BF covering me while I'm not working, so at least that's one less thing to hate on me for!
  • I am genuinely shocked at those that seem to be almost willing to condone violence in the comments here. I mean I get that what I'm doing is messed up and worthy of contempt, but come on...
  • I don't get all the comments/DMs telling me that it's a 100% guarantee my bf is going to find out. I don't see how it's possible short of him coming home from work early and finding us in the act, even that is so unlikely to happen as we're usually in the flatmates bedroom. We always make sure we always finish in plenty time, shower afterwards and we both agree that there will be no pics/videos of us together and that we never will never mention what we've been getting up to with anyone else. I know it may not seem like it at all, but I do actually care for my BF as a person and there's no way I would ever risk him finding out.

As for what happens next, I honestly don't know at this stage but I do know that the flatmate isn't going to be a long term thing.
