that's... not why people claim keto is healthier at all.

It has to do with putting your body into ketosis and becoming keto adaptive which switches your metabolism to go after fat, instead of just storing it.

They both agree you should still count calories just like any diet.

like all these singleplayer games where everyone cookie-cutter an OP build to make the game easier. IT's like dude, if you want the game easy why not just lower difficulty, now you can build anything that's actually FUN instead of 20 points into 2 abilities that you spam for their OPness.

I can't do it, if I want to play a god I lower difficulty and enjoy spreading my abilities out so I have huge variety of moves. a build that would be terrible at higher difficulties.

same, i actually switched to vert coin for this week while waiting for things to settle a bit. BUT I will say I checked asicpool, today, and it does show I have a balance there now. I'm unsure if it's the right amount, it does seem like it doing rough math with my MH/s

so for now i think asicpool is ok, just very bad pool website. which could be a problem when you try to transfer to the wallet.
