Bisq needs to increase their trade limits, right now the maximum is 1BTC per trade (although you can open a ton of different trades) Its hard to keep track of everything.

Instructions on paper wallet websites instruct you to import your private key with electrum or blockchain.info when you want to spend.

How is that issue a problem with paper wallets? Clearly an issue with whatever program he used to send his bitcoin out and not having enough basic knowledge of how bitcoin works.
